Pilates

She began her teaching journey at 18, with a deep passion for movement that has only grown stronger over the years. Her journey started with Zumba, where she became certified in three different formats and spent over a decade helping others find joy in fitness. Along the way, she expanded her expertise to include aerobics and core classes.

 
Four years ago, she discovered Pilates, and its emphasis on control and alignment resonated with her deeply. She became certified in Pilates, and it has since become a cornerstone of her teaching practice. In 2024, she achieved her yoga certification, adding a new dimension to her classes. Now, she loves to blend the precision of Pilates with the mindfulness of yoga, creating a balanced and holistic experience for her students.
