En tant que danseuse, elle a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l'importance de la flexibilit\u00e9 et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 l'appr\u00e9cier le plus. Plus tard, elle a commenc\u00e9 son parcours en yoga et en est devenue accro. En 2016, \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de 23 ans, elle a ouvert un studio de danse et de yoga au Liban, qui est toujours ouvert et g\u00e9r\u00e9 par son ancien associ\u00e9.<\/p><p>Elle est certifi\u00e9e en:<\/p><ul><li>Hatha Yoga 200hr (2016)<\/li><li>A\u00e9rien Yoga (2017)<\/li><li>Yoga pour enfants (2017)<\/li><li>Yoga A\u00e9rien Niveau Sup\u00e9rieur (2018)<\/li><li>Cerceau Lyra (2019)<\/li><li>AcroYoga Level 1 (2019)<\/li><li>Flexibilit\u00e9 (2022)<\/li><\/ul><p>Elle enseigne le yoga, l'AcroYoga et la flexibilit\u00e9 depuis 7 ans. Elle a organis\u00e9 et dirig\u00e9 divers cours, ateliers, festivals et retraites au Moyen-Orient, en Europe et en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.
