Son parcours avec le yoga s'\u00e9tend sur neuf ann\u00e9es \u00e9clairantes, tissant les profondes traditions de l'Ashtanga, du Hatha et du Vinyasa dans la trame de son \u00eatre. Elle a suivi son TTC \u00e0 Rishikesh, en Inde, le berceau du yoga, et depuis cinq ans, elle a eu l'incroyable honneur de partager ce chemin transformateur en tant qu'instructrice d\u00e9vou\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p>
