Elle pratique le Yoga depuis environ 8 ans. Elle a d\u00e9couvert cette pratique \u00e0 Paris dans un minuscule studio surchauff\u00e9 o\u00f9 les tapis se montaient les uns sur les autres.<\/p>

\u00c0 l'\u00e9poque, elle ne connaissait pas encore toute la philosophie du Yoga et elle pratiquait pour le bien que cela lui procurait.<\/p>

C'est en arrivant \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al que sa pratique s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, et elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se former afin d'en apprendre plus sur l'univers du Yoga.<\/p>

Aujourd'hui, le Yoga fait pleinement partie de son quotidien.<\/p>

Instructors Salom\u00e9 Marques Yoga Certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and Nidra Yoga. She has been practicing Yoga for about 8 years. She discovered this practice in Paris in a tiny, overheated studio where yoga mats were stacked on top of one another. At that time, She was not yet familiar with the full philosophy of Yoga, and she practiced solely for the benefits it provided her. It was upon arriving to Montreal that her practice expanded, and she began to undergo trainings to learn more about the world of Yoga. Today, Yoga is an integral part of her daily life. Her classes combine the fluidity of movement, body awareness, and breath awareness in creative flows that navigate between Yin and Yang.
