She began her teaching journey at 18, with a deep passion for movement that has only grown stronger over the years. Her journey started with Zumba, where she became certified in three different formats and spent over a decade helping others find joy in fitness. Along the way, she expanded her expertise to include aerobics and core classes.<\/p>

She became certified in Pilates, and it has since become a cornerstone of her teaching practice. In 2024, she achieved her yoga certification, adding a new dimension to her classes.
