An oval badge constructed of silvered zink, the obverse pebbled with a Stahlhelm in the centre bearing a mobile swastika, superimposed on crossed swords within a wreath of laurel leaves with a tied bow at the bottom, the reverse with a vertical pinback, maker marked L 13 for Paul Meybauer, Berlin, measuring 36. 38 mm (w) x 43. 61 mm (h), weighing 26. 2 grams, and in near very fine condition.
