Clearly a quality item when produced in 1927, when young Captain Charles Lindbergh made his historic SOLO trans Atlantic airplane crossing in "The Spirit of St. Louis". The photograph covering the entire top measures 7 1 2" by 3 1 2" and bears the flight information and times. Departure at 8. 52 am and arrival in France at 4. 20 pm the following day. Allowing for the time difference between North America and Europe that
