1937 Saint Sculpture Cathedral Chartres France Church - ORIGINAL CH2 FTZ1 Photography courtesy of Roberto AThis is an original 1937 photogravure of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Chartres (Cathdrale Notre Dame de Chartres) in France (Rpublique Francaise). Seen in the photogravure is the detailing of a sculpture from the building. The cathedral has survived several wars, and although the lead roof was taken off to make bullets, the architecture has only seen minor changes. The stained glass windows are mostly original. The building is considered a fantastic
